Four Corners Yoga Studio is specifically designed to be a place of peace and serenity for your yoga practice. Our classes are designed for all levels of practitioners, whether you have never stepped on a mat or have been practicing for decades. Our classes are created to unite the breath with yoga postures to bring peace, balance, strength, and flexibility to your body, mind, and spirit. The breath is the greatest tool we have, and when we bring awareness to our breath we come home to our self.
Beginner Yoga classes will focus on the foundational poses of a yoga practice. We will spend more time in each posture in order to break down the pose and focus on breath awareness, body awareness, and alignment, creating a more effective yoga practice.
Kids yoga is an energetic class that will use fun and playful yoga poses alongside creativity and imagination. These classes will also incorporate calming mindfulness techniques to help your child feel peaceful, balanced, and refreshed.
Yin Yoga is a great way to wind down at the end of the day. It is designed to calm and nourish our nervous system . Yin Yoga is the passive and grounding yoga practice which brings balance to our more active yang yoga practices such as warm flow (vinyasa) or power yoga.
Warm Flow is a vinyasa style class which will be in a heated room (80-85 degrees). This class is active and dynamic; designed to build heat and energy, flexibility, strength, and balance.
Meditation class will be 30 min sessions. These classes will use prana or breathing techniques alongside mindfulness techniques in order to lower stress, and calm the mind, and nervous system. Leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.
